Welcome to the Cornerstone Experience Based Learning Program (CEBLP)!

Our program not only addresses, but helps solve the eight critical concerns/issues (as identified by President Barack Obama and Vice President Joe Biden in their Education Program) facing students in grades 1 through 12. These concerns/issues are: Behavior, At-Risk Students, Teen Pregnancy, Dropout Prevention, School Improvement, Alternative Education Programs, Classroom Management, and After School Programs.

By changing individual student beliefs, the Cornerstone Experience Based Learning Program will act as the engine that literally drives this multi-faceted program.

The Cornerstone Experience Based Learning Program (CEBL) is based on common sense insights. For instance, each of us lives our life based on a foundation of beliefs and experiences. Unrecognized, conflicting or limiting beliefs cause most of our frustrating or negative experiences. It is also true that learning can be a process of changing beliefs, and we can intentionally change our beliefs to improve our experiences. The CEBLP quickly shows students how to recognize and change their beliefs while providing students insight into how their experiences and beliefs create reality and shape perceptions, making it easier for them to succeed.

The Cornerstone Experience Based Learning Program is the only program of its kind. It is a proven program/curriculum with a very high success rate. It was created more than 15 years ago and has been continually fine tuned to deal with the challenges students face today. It is extremely affordable, and it is available now.

Through a series of subject decks, students work directly with beliefs related to specific issues in such a way as to enable these students to change their beliefs and improve their own experiences. Subject decks currently available include: Peer Pressure, Cheating, Diversity, Relationships, Health, Attitude, Self-Worth, Communications, Conflict, Teen Pregnancy, and more than a dozen others (see “Subject Deck” list). With each subject deck, Cornerstone describes constructive and limiting beliefs commonly held by students, as well as the perceptions and experiences that are consistent with those beliefs.

Additional subject decks can be created and customized to specific requirements at no additional cost.

With the CEBLP, no new teaching techniques need to be learned by the school’s staff. The school’s administration maintains control of the program, and teachers are free to customize the program to reach students more effectively in their various grade levels. There are no tests to grade, no “right” or “wrong” answers for students and/or staff to deal with, and positive results are realized quickly, many times in less than a week. Instead of being perceived as “work” or “punishment” by students, the Cornerstone Experience Based Learning Program is perceived as a series of “fun” exercises. Students enthusiastically look forward to participating in the program.
